Not as quick as 5 minutes bit clean and friendly.
Took my van for an oil change yesterday and was pressured into the expensive oil(100 dollars for oil change and cabin filter) They failed to add washer fluid and did not turn off oil change light even though it shows on the receipt they did. This is the second time they pushed the expensive oil. 1st time we drove off, this time they had already drained to oil before letting my boyfriend know. Will not be going back for round 3. cheaper for me to have it done at Pensacola Honda and I know everything they say they did is done.

they are really fast and friendly they get you in and out no problem
they did a good job on my oil change. they they checked the tire pressure while changing the oil. my only problem was my car has a cover underneath it and they didnt put the cover back properly and its now missing a bolt.
I don’t know the 2 men names that’s working up there now but I honestly can say I don’t like how they operate their service.I pulled up there and they was already working on someone vehicle so I just pull up behind it,and not one time either one of them men came up to my vehicle to ask me what services I need or either tell me how long it would be before they get me to pull up.And the last thing that really grind my gears is when two other vehicles pulled up behind me one of the men (same man) walked up to both cars and aske... read more
