worst place I have ever gone for an oil change. I’m not even someone who writes reviews but I’ve left one on every platform I could find because this place sucks so bad. There are signs everywhere that say things like “fastest oil change around” but it is NOT. took me 2 hours to get an oil change. What a joke. I don’t get the appeal of staying in your car either. you have to wait so long you have to turn your car off and it would have been nicer to wait in an air conditioned waiting room than my hot car. The most honest and attentive staff. There is no “oh, look how dirty you air filter is” Just honest work done quickly. I highly recommend Take 5, specifically the location on Jones Bridge in Alpharetta GA. See you guys again in another 4,500 miles!!
I came to the establishment to get an emission test during a severe storm, and the employee's walked out to my car in the rain to ask what I needed. They were courteous and professional while they were standing in the rain getting soaked. The young lady doing my emission stood in the rain opening a bay that had a slight ramp, then came out in the rain to tell me that she did not want to take any chances with my car on that bay and moved me to one she thought was more suited to my type car.
