I pulled in a bay on Lee rd in Cleveland Heights today. Was asked to change bays. Once I changed bays I sat for about 10 minutes before reminding the service tech that no one had spoken to me. It going on 20 min. And my car has yet to be serviced. I never seen anything like this before. Very poor customer service!!!!!!!
