The guys at the James island location are quick and very polite . They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need.
The guys are amazing! I felt like they took their time to inspect and explain everything in detail. They made me feel like I was “just another oil change”. I feel so comfortable with them and I will never go anywhere else. THANK YOU GUYS!

I have gotten my oil changed here 2 times since I got my new car. BOTH TIMES the oil plug was not tightened well and oil leaked out in my driveway. The first time the manager was apologetic and sympathetic and he came to my work to fix it and top off the oil. The second time during my oil change I asked them to pay close attention and make sure I did not have the problem again; and obviously they did not double check it.
