RecommendedGuys were very nice to us. I thought it to be too expensive in comparison with other shops
The customer service isn’t bad. It’s non existent. I waited in line for over 20 min with 3 cars in front of me and one lane open on a Sunday. No one acknowledged that there was anyone waiting. Similar situation at the West Ashley location a few months ago. I don’t mind waiting for service but communicate with your customers.
Friendly knowledgeable and great service
I wasn’t planning to get my oil changed that day but what a pleasurable experience. The staff was prompt, friendly and very attentive. We had a great time..in fact, they almost forgot to charge me for the oil change! I would recommend Take 5..They are fabulous!

Only my second time coming to Take 5 and remembered immediately why I loved this place! Especially not having to get out of the car and with that comes this transparency that I just don’t feel anywhere else! It’s like you’re a part of their process and can see everything that’s going on and don’t wonder about what they’re doing or if they’re working on your car or not! :):):) and loooved the greeting with the bottle of water since I just left yoga on the beach!
Fast and easy! Don’t even have to get out of the car!
Super friendly staff. offered me water in the heat, and was a speedy oil change & filter change. I will definitely come back.
