the guys checked everthing and were very entertaining. I am curious what the TAKE 5 stands for?
Not impressed at all. Went today for a full service oil change. Everything with our vehicle was fine prior to going. Immediately upon leaving, the check engine light came on. We called (from less than a block away) and were told to come back. We went back and all they did was read the check engine code and then tell us to take it to the dealership to have it checked. You do not check anything past transmission no transfer case fluid or grease rear drive shaft So you only have 3 oils 2 for synthetic and one not recommended for high miles they said my oil plug was stripped out but cannot install a new one during the service. So am I to go to another place and let them drain the oil to install new plug and then you charge more than a full service

I did not even get to use their service to comment on it thanks to their employee Vanessa. I came in during open hours on a Sunday and was refused service. Told that she was on a 30 minute break and could come back in an hour. Thanks to the careless of this employee I will never be a customer and will make sure everyone knows that just because they say they are "open" doesn't mean they will serve you.
Stopped in today for an oil change and Vanessa and Emmitt were THE BEST I’ve ever come across at a lube change. If you want A+++++++ service, this is where to go. They need raises!
when their Manager finds lost dogs and then SELLS them right away...not a place I want to do business, if they employee a thief. Selling found dogs is stealing, wonder what else he is stealing from customers?
My wife asked my daughter to try this place for an oil change. My daughter’s car is a 2010 Ford Escape. They charged her $74.43 for a basic oil change! This place is an absolute scam. I’ve owned suburbans and 4x4 trucks and NEVER spent $74+ on an oil change. I don’t know if they have “special” prices for people they can take advantage of or if this is their ridiculously expensive every day price. Either way, I will never go back!
