always quick and easy in and out
Called early in the day and spoke to Chris. He informed me of the price of the oil change and let me know there was a coupon for $12 off. Score! I came later in the afternoon and Chris greeted me, remembering that he talked to me immediately. The whole thing was over in 10 minutes and it was by far the best price around (I called at least 4 places to double check). I’m not going anywhere else for an oil change ever again!
RecommendedWhen I pulled up I was greeted by a young man who gave me a bottled water. I didn’t expect it to be busy so after about 10 minuets I backed out of line and turned the car around to leave. One of the workers quickly walked over to me and asked is everything OK. I told him I had an appointment. I’m not sure how he did it but he got me right in. He’s name was Chris. Giving a huge shout out to the crew at the Cassat location. You guys are awesome 👏
I always get my oil and other fluids done here and they are always so kind! They even gave me a discount once because i was wearing cat eats!
My girlfriend took her car here and a few months later the oil drain bolt felt out and all oil spilled out of the car while she was driving. The engine seized up after she tried putting more oil in and not knowing that the bolt was missing. The car is now at Honda and they are in the process of replacing the engine. Take 5 Oil Change refused to pay for any damages, claiming that it was over a month and 1,000 miles. If the bolt wasn't torqued properly, it will fall out over time due to vibrations in the car. Excellent service. Feels like pulling your car up to a family members house to be serviced. Doubt I'll go anywhere else.
Had me start my car before putting oil in it. I’ll never go back. Stay away or they’ll ruin your car. Also, my receipt states that they cleaned my windshield which they never did and it says they checked my tire pressure which no one bothered doing either. Very poorly managed. I’d advise you go somewhere else. Been going there for years but was there for the last time after today. Very disappointed.
