They do great work and they are quick! Very good customer service!
RecommendedI have always had a great experience here. But today, I was needing to get a oil change done before my long overnight shift ( I am not a morning person ) Jonathan and Carlos managed to put me in a great mood! The energy of the whole place is contagious! They were informative and clear on what I needed and explained my options. No pressure or awkwardness of the things I declined. Garbage!! That is all I can say.
You have too many complaints about crappy service and destroying engines. Time for new management for the 4th Street and 48th Ave. You should be doing your best to take care of customers.
Never going here again. I have a brand new car and called them first with the make/model and was told it would be $59..I go down there get my oil changed and it comes out to $93.91..Then I ask why so much and they try telling me its tax lol. So the guy takes $5 off...Meanwhile another guy smacks the side of my car with a air chuck he was playing with and chipped the paint and says "oops sorry", he wasn't even filling my tires....I asked them if they filled mine and they forgot.......So I wouldn't reccomend going here unless ... read more
Highest price shop for oil change in Tampa. I called corporate and they are the rudest people ever!! Do not go there. Again the highest price oil change and corporate doesn’t care!!!!
