Excellent customer service from start to finish and no upcharges! The oil change took about 15 minutes and I’m back on the road, will definitely be back!

I’m going to start off by stating that I understand Take 5 does not help with tires. But...in a time of need, this location was RUDE. We had a flat tire and pulled into Take 5. We kindly asked if they could help us change the tire. Being 2 young girls, we did not know how to change the tire. The young man working said he would help us out but after asking his manager, he was told he could not help us anymore. This location was not busy at all and it would have taken all of 10 minutes to help us.
Great customer service!! Diondre is awesome kind and super friendly!!! Fast work!! Highly recommend this place!!!
Excellent service!!! We go there for all of our cars and they do an excellent job!
