They are fast and courteous. Love that you don’t even have to get out of your car. Highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again.
Not understanding why they keep telling us the inspections guy isn’t there or it’s raining no one is allowed to do inspections, or the inspections sticker machine is down from here all the way to round rock. Went 3 times and always a excuse. Today yes it’s raining but went somewhere else and got it with no problem. If you don’t want to do inspections please take down the sign instead of giving everyone the run around. I’ve been going here for years even before it was take 5 but I will not be back. Highly recommend this location - just had some amazing customer service from both the team and manager Travis Scott himself. All very helpful, sympathetic and super polite. Take 5 was awesome in San Antonio and it’s not a fluke. My favorite oil change company!!
The service and the staff were great. There were a couple things that I think we can improve on. I told the gentleman to use the same regular oil as the last time for the CRV which was $19.99, and not the synthetic $42.99 which I used for my Sienna (synthetic oil is required for the Sienna but it is a waste of money for a 2001 CRV). It was my fault for not checking the invoice carefully. The other thing was to ask if I had a coupon, which I did, but I forgot to mention. I got to Take 5 at 3:30pm at 4:15 the let me put my vehicle in the only bay they were using. There were six men working and only using 1 bay. I would have left a long time ago if it wasn’t for the vehicle behind that was also waiting. The guys worked very slow had a couple of them scrolling through their phones. The one guy in the pit was asking for help because he couldn’t locate the filter. I kinda cringed knowing that he was working on my vehicle.
