Drove in today, Max and his team had me in and out in no time, very professional and Max even went an extra mile by pulling a service engine code for me. Even though they were semi busy, they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I liked the fact that they did not try to upsell i.e. wiper blades and air filter. the showed them to me, and I said next oil change. No pressure! See ya'll in March.
We went to the Take 5 in Slidell and the next day the car said it had low oil pressure. Went back to the same place they topped it off said nothing was wrong. An hour later on our way up to Baton Rouge the light came on again. We pull off the interstate and sure enough there is no oil. Luckily we were one exit down from this Take 5 and they were able to diagnose the problem (oil filter not screwed on properly) and fixed it, cleaned up the oil that had leaked everywhere and didn’t charge us.
