RecommendedIt was pretty cool. They were real professional on how they were calling out to each other what each was doing to my car. I felt like they actually cared for my car. They even gave my daughter a Kool Aid juice pack . I will def be back.
they were quick, professional, very polite and respectful. i chose my oil and filter, they check all my fluids, air filter, wipers... no push to buy extra services. Yes I do highly recommend Take 5 on hwy 127 in Hickory. they also do inspections so am going back next week for that. Also, since I got my oil change there If I get low on oil anytime before my next inspection I can go back and they will top it off for free. 😳😁👍

By far the best oil change experience I’ve had in my life. Customer service is a dying skill, and I’m thrilled to see another business nail it completely. This was my first time at this location. When I pulled up I was greeted with a smile and a cold bottle of water. Will and Lewis were my techs. Not only was it quick (I didn’t even have to get out of my car), but they gave me new tire caps since one of mine was missing, topped off my fluids and tires, and were so friendly the entire time.
