customers service was horrible I feel so disgusted by this company. I go there for an oil change only to come out like I've been ripped off. I'm told to come in to get a quote and before I know it by the time I get the quote and said to them I would go somewhere else my oil and filter was already taken out and drained from my car. I try to be a good and honest person so I feel like I had no choice in the matter to pay for a service I declined because of the price. Let me take a moment to tell you about Katie & Becca at the DeLand location..they were an awesome team who worked well together, got the job done quickly, were super informative and gave outstanding customer service! As a woman, it was really welcomed to have women on the job! They made me feel comfortable, I felt they were trustworthy and they didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary products! I’ll definitely be back!
What a great experience. Totally worth it, and will be back. In and out in about 10 minutes. No pressure and knowledgeable, helpful staff. Great value, in my opinion.
They were so polite and honest! I paid for my oil change, and they tuned up my car free of charge! Filled my tires, window fluid, checked my filters, gave me cold water, and the best part is I didn’t have to step foot out of my car! I won’t take my car anywhere else from now on.
