Outstanding customer service. Loved the experience. Nothing but positive words to say about the staff.
We went in for an oil change there and found out today there tech broke our oil filter cap. We seen parts go everywhere when the tech had taken it off but at the time didn't realize that want normal. Also fluids that was claimed to be checked we're finding out wasn't. Air filter wasn't checked like they claim they do. We tried to talk with the manager an she wouldn't look up who the tech was that changed our oil. Next step I guess is contact the corporate office and the BBB . I wouldn't recommend using this place.
I’ve always thought that Take 5 had great customer service, but no experience has compared to this location. Upon pulling up, a nice gentleman approached my window and offered me a bottle of water. They changed my oil promptly, and even replaced the wiper blades for free since the last location I went to put the wrong sizes on. They called me by my first name which makes it more personable.
