This car wash scares me anymore. The first few times it was great! The last time the car in front of me kept breaking and forced me to break and shut the whole system down. This time it shut down again completely stopped and skipped to rinse without fully washing my car. I saw the other reviews about getting scratches. Can’t take that risk. 😱
Been here an hour car wash is broke down and we were next in line and made us drive around and go back to the back of the line to wait again I’ll keep my membership at speed wash

My car is still dirty and covered in soap, it never rinsed my car, and when I got to the blowers they turned off. When I got home I realized I have LARGE scratches down the top of it 😱

Bowling green ky location at Veterans memorial we just got a car wash was supposed to be the king extreme but we got the lowest one gazelle and they had new people working truck is still dirty and i am very mad bc i didnt get what i was supposed to get

The bowling green veterans memorial location scratched my paint behind the drivers side door. I noticed it when I got out to find where all the soap had remained (there was a lot) Very easy to see. They claimed a buffing wheel did it. The problem with that statement is a buffing wheel has not been on this vehicle. Looks like I’ll be washing all 3 of my vehicles at other locations moving forward. I would look elsewhere for a car wash unless you don’t mind having your paint scratched.

I had the worst truck wash ever yesterday at your location on Quaker Ave. Didn’t notice until we got home. I had grease spots all over the passenger side of my truck. I had to use a rubbing compound to take them off. I’m guessing it came from your brushes. Also had a number of tiny scratches on it too.
The worst service I've had from a business. They don't seem to be open anymore but are charging my credit card each month. I emailed them but received no response. I called but nobody picks up the phone. I drove there but nobody was there to meet with. These COVID times are hard for all of us but this is not right. If the owner/management is reading this, please find my account and cancel it and let me know you've done so (Paul J Moody).
