Friendly and fast. Offered drinks. Wasn’t happy that there was a 16 point check on the invoice that they said they went over and one of them was my cabin filter. It needed replacing but the staff failed to even check it. Also the price for said filter is $35 but at advanced auto parts it’s $18.....replaced it myself.
best customer service i’ve ever had. in and out in less than 10 minutes. love it
They are quick and friendly! Within ten minutes, you’re all done with a cold drink in hand(they offer you for free) and your oil changed! Good deal! :)

Don't ever get your car serviced at Take 5 Oil Change in Palm Coast! They messed up my transmission and now don't want to own up to their used to be assistant manager!! Now I have to somehow come up with 3600 to get my car!! May end up losing my car over this!! I have reached out to the DM and even though I have pictures from THEIR OWN CAMERA!!!
