I have been going here since they opened up in 2014. I have never had bad customer service. Gus is a top-notch manager and he knows me by name. Even when I didn't need an oil change and just needed fluids topped off they were there to assist. Also gave me some very good advice on where to take my car for certain repairs. Thank You Take 5 Oil. Love you guys!
GO TO GREASE MONKEY....Terrible customer service. And thanks Greensboro friends for asking what Take 5 did to my sons truck. Left the oil drain plug loose, lost oil, blew the engine after 700 miles of use. If I can save anyone from this crappy workmanship, i'll keep posting!
They were fast and efficient. Great customer service too. Gus really took care of things and provided service with a smile. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to everyone...and yes, I'll be back, as well.
