Take 5 crew was very nice, there was a little waiting when I got there since all bays were full but I was done in about 25 minutes. VJ and BK were my attendees and were nice, they checked all my fluids ensuring all were at the correct level. I love that Take 5 appreciates our military, retirees, and first responders. Way to go!
I was recently at the shop was gonna possibly get a coolant exchange and air filter for my vehicle only to be told I wasn’t allowed back on Take 5 premises because of my termination and I’m not sure what that has to do with me coming in as a customer willing to pay for the service to me, I think this is discriminatory Retaliation. This is not good business practice for Take 5 or great customer service and I did nothing wrong after my termination when I was asked to bring my uniforms in I did.
