This place used to care about it's customers. I went to get my car washed and finally paid for the best one to get my car extra clean to celebrate a special occasion. I paid $17 so I could get my tires cleaned and some extra goodies and am curious as to how much I actually got as the wheel cleaners and some of the brushes weren't operational. RecommendedThis is the best car wash in Bowling Green, by a mile. They’re always well staffed. The folks that work there are very conscientious and most importantly get my car clean. Highly recommend.

I went in today for a car wash and wax but was really disappointed that your company has no protocol to protect customers from the Corona Virus. No employees wore masks and no one sanitized my car after driving it in and out of the wax station. I asked an employee about this issue and he said there was no protocol. It’s a good thing I carried my own Clorox wipes so I sanitizer my car myself. If you all want the economy to get rolling again WEAR MASKS and sanitize my car if you are required to drive it. BUYERS BEWARE: The 9th ave store(7/102020 team) are dishonest and easily take advantage of women and young mothers. My wife was tricked into paying $80 for an oil change for our SUV. GO ELSEWHERE for honest and affordable service.
