On (7/30) I tried this place out and received the “Ultimate Wash” which was $18.. It SCRATCHED MY CAR in MULTIPLE PLACES.. And to top it off, the car is STILL dirty in MULTIPLE PLACES TOO!! Wouldn’t recommend.

She stopped into the new location on West Loop 289 to wash her new car. When she pulled in her passenger side tire began to lose pressure. Been going here for over a Year with there membership. For both my personal and companies trucks. Went in today and had Issues with front gate. I Looked at guy working the gate and Urio told me to settle the F***down. When I rolled my window down and asked Urio what he said, he repeated settle the f*** down. At no point was I rude, loud, or out of line. When I asked to see his manager he said he was the manager. I said you are the manager and he said I am a supervisor and the manager was not there. Been going here for years and thought it was good. Went today and there was little to zero soap on my car. I told the gentleman and he said “yeah if you get the $7 wash that’s pretty common”. I told him I come here all the time and there is normally a coating of soap on my car so much I can’t even see out. He was nice and let me go through again and the second time there was soap but very little. RecommendedService was amazing. I’ve never had such a fast oil change, tire pressure check, and new blades on my vehicle. The guys were amazing, friendly, fast, and kind. I may never get my oil changed anywhere else again. Thanks for providing such an awesome service!
This business keeps charging my credit card. I've asked repeatedly through email for then to stop. When you call the phone number card transferred to voicemail. Unless you want constant ironious charges avoid this business. Especially in the midst of this world wide pandemic they're charging customers with impunity. Totally a scam. #expresscarwash #scam #stopbillingme
