It's been a month (many correspondence from me and the car wash manager) and I have never heard back from Take 5 about my paid account, which was never activated at the car wash. I had my credit card company get a return of $267. Then I noticed a different company (BOING Holding CO) was charging me $27 a month for Take 5 car washes. As you have probable read on other reviews, this carwash is terrible. Many areas are not even cleaned when done. Long lines and limited hours of operation. As soon as my 1 month unlimited pass expires, I will never return.
First time at Take 5 Car Wash. Steve B signed me up really fast. Later on noticed a car part fell off the front. I went back to Take 5 Car wash and Steve B was so awesome in looking for the part and found it. He had excellent memory and knew I was there earlier went all the way out to find the part and showed me what happened. I will be back again because Take 5 take care of their customers.
