Beware. They sign people up for memberships without asking permission for recurring credit card charges.
Decent car wash. They NEVER have any towels to dry your vehicle. Or any products to clean the inside. I was charged two or three times by Take5, even though they no longer owned this car wash. The “manager” claimed he canceled the service, but he lied to me.
I'm an ideal customer for them, hardly use my account. I go in now, and they need another card on file, when they bill my account every month. Told me to go get it and I couldn't get a wash. Terrible customer service with the teen out front, I've blocked all future charges and won't be back. Update: now they are on the news about re-enstating accounts without authorization and more shady practices. I stopped at Tsunami for a basic car wash. The attendant told me they were running a special and I could get a one month membership for the price of a single wash, $10. I signed up on a hand held pad he had, was not given a receipt or any information. I later learned I was signed up for a membership that will renew at twice the price. And the final straw when I checked my credit card statement today, they charged me $19.99, so I didn't even get the benefit of this supposed special.
