I'm an ideal customer for them, hardly use my account. I go in now, and they need another card on file, when they bill my account every month. Told me to go get it and I couldn't get a wash. Terrible customer service with the teen out front, I've blocked all future charges and won't be back.
If you want a broken mirror and other things broken on your car, then this car wash place is for you. If you want low customer service and not guarantee in return for how the outcome might be. Go for it!! Otherwise go to Kwiktrip! You’ll get a person you can talk to!
I was supposed to be grandfathered from Take 5 with the same price. Instead my price doubled and so far i have emailed their office, called and left messages and NO response i am trying to cancel my monthly membership, but get no reply. I am done eith these people
Current subscription member -Typically frequent other locations. First time at this location. They indicated they were open, but they were not. I was disappointed and it was a waste of time. If you say you are open, then you should be open.
Before heading to this car wash location because I usually go to a self-serve car wash. I made sure that the clearance and the width of my vehicle was complimentary to this specific location. They specifically say no tires larger than 13 in wide. My tires are smaller than that and clearance height is under there clearance bar by a good amount.
