My wife and I both had very unpleasant experiences related to a particular employee at Take 5 in Mt. Vernon (Cody). In both cases the site manager, Brandon, has attempted to rectify the matter. While we were disappointed in the initial contact with this employee, we are appreciative of management making an effort to correct the matter. We will give them another chance and hope for a better outcome. Thanks to Brandon for addressing the matter so professionally.
Attempted to purchase an $11 car wash, but was told they were no longer being sold by Asst. Manager Cody. I asked again if these washes had been removed throughout the Take 5 line because my wife had just visited this location a week ago and I also visited one in Michigan at the same time. He shrugged and said they were not available. I asked him what the "More washes" at the bottom right of the screen were for and he yelled at me, "We aren't selling these washes.
