Their neurology department needs to do better. I am not sure what their employees are doing for referrals not to be entered in EPIC a timely manner. Each time I called to schedule an appointment I kept getting told they never received the referral from my doctor’s office which was actually faxed to them 3 weeks prior but someone is not doing their job clearly!
⸻ One star is honestly too much for the kind of treatment I received from Ms. Milagros Escobar. I left that place feeling angry, humiliated, and deeply disappointed. Her attitude was absolutely unacceptable — instead of helping people who come looking for support, she seemed to take pleasure in being rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.
