UPDATE: ok so they brought back the Tajima ramen and it’s now called Tajima White. So I’m going to change my review from 1 star to 4. So lame that they decided to remove the Tajima ramen from their menu. I find it super weird since it’s literally named after the place. Like why couldn’t they remove something else? That was literally the only thing the had going for them. Also the chashu is not the same anymore and it’s definitely not as tasty as the thicker one they use for the Tajima ramen. Such a shame.
I usually love Tajima but this location in the mall is disgusting. Found a BUG in my ramen. Workers use the same gloves making food that they r touching the register with. Would recommend any location besides this one.
