The food was really good and the people are really nice
We first tried this food at the STL Festival of Nations. We tried about 6-8 different food stations that day. From Taj Cusine we got some of the chicken biryani and the chicken curry. First off, they loaded up the dishes with huge great proportions. Second, I took a bite of the boryani and literally ran to find my friend in line at another place and said, “dude, you have GOT to try this, it’s bomb” and then gave him a spoonful of the rice and chicken combo. Very very unprofessional. We reached at 8:15pm and placed order. Specifically told to make aalu tikki with NO spice at all for my baby. They gave me spiced tikki. I ordered 1 tawa chapati with chicken and told her if I need more, I will order. When I told I need 1 more chapati along with another NO spice aalu tikki for my baby, they came and just said kitchen is closed at 8:45pm and they can make just 1 out if both.
