Taj is one of our favorite Ashland/Medford lunch stops, and often our first choice when we are headed over the hill for the day. My kids LOVE the buffet, and all of the choices available. Quality is awesome, selection, service, and flavors are consistent and wonderful, and I especially appreciate the fact that they pay attention to ingredients. The best indian south of portland! absolutely delicious, local, non-gmo and mostly organic menu! right off of the creekside plaza, amazing location, awesome staff and again, i can't stress how ridiculously good the food is, Service is prompt and professional if a little dry but the food is fast and cheep and the drinks are as good as they get!
Actually the food was very good. The lentil soup was flimsy, but the saucy tastes of others meals were amazing! The service was odd to say the least. Two of us didn't get or food until well after others were served and that was only because we kept asking for it. Some were told they couldn't order their wine until after the food was ordered and then they were never available, they had to try to nab the wait staff whirling all around us but astute at not making eye contact...
