We already use non-GMO ingredients, no coloring, and no preservatives in our food. TAJ also sources local and organic ingredients when available. Last time I was here I was seated by the restroom, I saw the cook use restroom leave it without washing hands and he was picking his nose! I don't think he was expecting to see anyone right there but he sure looked surprised to be busted, I will never be going back.
