Fraud people. They will lie to your face and make up stories. They quoted me something one day and next day gave me a high price by saying the gold price has increased by 25% in 2 days just to justify their imaginary cost. I don’t know what they are smoking. Total time waste!

Over charging labor price compared to shop around and no customer service little bald guy got attitude
If you want a reasonable price or better customer service, go elsewhere. Guys got no customer service, including the manager, and are way overpriced compared to the shop right across. Me and my family bought gold from here many, many times. No more. We'll go elsewhere. Keep your rudeness and overpriced items
