The first time I came here it was a great experience overall. I was taken back quickly, my hair stylist Naomi was fantastic and my hair looked great. The second time I came in, Naomi came up to me to see if I was okay waiting 10 minutes. I said of course proceeded to wait 20 before being taken back to shampoo. I sat at the shampoo bowls for 10 minutes while the one shampoo girl told me that she was going to wash someone else’s hair who had come in after me first. What an amazing experience! Johana was so kind and truly took the time to listen to my 16-year-old son. His haircut came out absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We felt welcomed, heard, and well taken care of. Highly recommended!
I cannot say enough good things about Jess. She nails my hair every time, but this time 100% outdid herself! My color was exactly what I wanted and my cut is amazing! We cut off 10-12 inches, and she brought my vision to life. I’m seriously obsessed with my hair. I recommend Jess to everyone I know!!
