East to use
Landlord was very attentive until it was time to move out. Numerous repair requests were ignored (washing machine) etc. I left the house in better condition than it was when I moved in (i.e. landscaping, painting, replacing fixtures that were rusted.) It's been 90 days and I still have not received my Security Deposit back. All calls are ignored by landlord. Legal action is next. Very disappointed.
