The property manager, Beast, was a great guy! However the owner....A little shady. I found out I was paying $150 more than my neighbors for the same apartment....Because I signed a lease and not month to month. Overall, place was great, neighbors quiet, and pool always clean! I only give three stars because, unbeknownst to me when I moved there, "ladies of the night" and dealers walked the streets after dark. So I would advise you be armed if you intend to go out at night.
