The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was declined over not having enough income when I make more than four times their required amount. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I highly recommend that you look for anywhere else to live other than one of their properties. If they manage their properties anywhere like they do their phone calls you’re in for a wild ride.
I wish it was possible to give less than one star. Tailwind Property Management needs to stop quibbling with McCall Homes (the builders) on who should take responsibility for large holes in my yard made by garbage trucks that have no alternative but to cross over onto my property when collecting garbage. The lack of response on the part of Tailwind Property Management and McCall Home Builders to my specific problem jeopardizes the foundation, the crawlspace, and creates problems that are only going to expand.
