I don't know how I got roped into this, but these people are trash. They're rude, they don't follow up with what they need to do and I wish I wasn't in this situation.

Worst Property management. Does not respond in a timely manner and when they do respond, you couldn't even call it a response(more or less run around). We spent 1 month dealing with them to rent a property and were going to pay a years worth of rent. As we continue to follow up with them on the process and progress, excuses is all we got. Tailwind Property Management needs to stop quibbling with McCall Homes (the builders) on who should take responsibility for large holes in my yard made by garbage trucks that have no alternative but to cross over onto my property when collecting garbage. The lack of response on the part of Tailwind Property Management and McCall Home Builders to my specific problem jeopardizes the foundation, the crawlspace, and creates problems that are only going to expand.
