I cannot say enough good things about Tailwind Cyclists. I was riding through Kansas when I had a close call with a distracted motorist. I had to ride off the rode to avoid a collision, and in the process bent my front rim. Luckily, this happened about 5 miles outside of Pittsburg, Kansas. We contacted Roger and he opened the shop early the next day for us. He had my rim fixed and has us back out on the road within 30 minutes.
I want to thank the guys at Tailwinds for fixing my spoke issue on our Transam ride. I love how bike shops drop everything to help us quickly!!
