I've previously had 2 problems with you about shaving huskies. I was nice enough to delete my comment after you said "I didn't know the whole story and it was unfair to make negative comments." Well, since then I have heard of and been contacted by 3 new customers who went to you (2 huskies, 1 Maltese) and you shaved their dogs with NO PERMISSION. you are a business that does terrible work when you shave dogs. I have 3 dogs and one cat. I have only recently been taking my 3 dogs to Tailwaggers and am always pleased with the results. They try and accommodate them as quickly as possible and my dogs always look so neatly groomed. For the first time ever, I took my Himalayan cat to them for a wash and lion cut. I was quite concerned about him, as he was so badly knotted on his chest. In the past I have had to sedate him for his grooming. Do not come here if you don't want your request honored. This shop gives a green light to do whatevwr they want to your puppy without an owner's approval or notifying them.
Took my chihuahua buddy to Rita and she did an excellent job with my crazy boy. She has a way with animals. Very highly recommend her
