Friendly, Caring, Loving, Awesome...I can't say enough good things! We are so GRATEFUL to have Carey and her team at Tails R A Waggon, taking care of our two kitties Harley & Dewey! These 2 little boys are our kids, and we can get overly worried and stressed when we leave them to go out of town. Harley has hypercalcemia and also has anxiety issues, especially when "mommy" is not around. Harley has to be given a pill twice a day, and both kitties have to take these chewy medicine treats twice a day, for a condition they have.... read more
Can't say enough good things about them! I have been working with Tails for almost a year now. I have a disabled senior dog that requires specific feeding instructions and extra care in handling. My girl Chelsea is always happy to see Carey or Amanda who are always reliable, professional, caring, and willing to work with my on my sometimes ever changing schedule. I have never been this confident in a dog walking service before and cannot sing their praises loud enough. They were truly a blessing to find.
Top notch...pet sitters! I have been using Carey and their staff since June 2014. I have three cats, Andy, Newman, and Oscar, and they are my babies. One of my babies, Andy, needs medication twice a day every day. He (Andy)was born with medical issues and he will have these issues for the rest of his life. If Andy does not receive his medication it would be fatal to him. I usually take six vacations a year which can be three days to two weeks. Vacation Visits for Cats Just returned from a week long trip to a happy cat thanks to Carey and the Tails R A Wagon crew. We have used Tails on and off over the past several years and have been very happy with the service. Carey pays just the right amount of attention to our old and cranky kitty to keep her content until we return. Animal Care Carey (Jason and Amanda) has been taking amazing care of my potbellied pig(s) since 2008. Believe me when I say my babies are sweet but very spoiled and demanding when it comes to meal time. The meal prep and delivery is a challenge in itself, not only do my piggys need to be fed separately but they need to be fed in a certain order. Happy pup=happy parents We contacted Carey on very short notice to take care of our black lab. She got back to us so quickly and she and her family are very professional. We are very comfortable having any of them take care of our pup and really love and appreciate the notes, texts and even a picture of Stella while we were gone. Highly recommend and will be our go to dog walker from now on.
Fantastic - 10 stars! I contacted Carey about services for my kitty after recently relocating to Steilacoom from St. Louis. She initially told me that she did not service the Steilacoom/Lakewood area and offered recommendations for where to hopefully find someone. The best! We had been using another pet sitter for years, but when we called to schedule, we discovered that they were no longer in business. As our vacation neared, I scrambled to find another pet sitter. I called several, and either they didn't cover our area, were unavailable during the time we needed pet sitting, or just seemed a bit sketchy.
I would definitely recommend... I cannot say enough good things about Carey, Jason, and Tails-R-A-Waggon. We were taking a lengthy two week trip out of town over the holidays, and I had scheduled our two puppies to be boarded. I wasn't comfortable with them being boarded for that length of time, especially over the holidays, and found Carey online. The holidays are a busy time for pet sitters, but she still managed to work me in even though I called to schedule sitting services very close to the scheduled date.
