Friendly, Caring, Loving, Awesome...I can't say enough good things! We are so GRATEFUL to have Carey and her team at Tails R A Waggon, taking care of our two kitties Harley & Dewey! These 2 little boys are our kids, and we can get overly worried and stressed when we leave them to go out of town. Harley has hypercalcemia and also has anxiety issues, especially when "mommy" is not around. Harley has to be given a pill twice a day, and both kitties have to take these chewy medicine treats twice a day, for a condition they have.... read more
Wonderful Service Carey helped me out with scooping and cleaning my cat's litter box during my pregnancy. She came twice a week and did a full box clean with bleach once a week or as needed. She was always on time and left a short note each visit. Carey was very reliable and I would recommend her to anyone for their pet sitting needs!
Best Service out there! I was 5-9 months pregnant when Carey and her team helped me out with scooping the cat little box once a week. She would come in at a designated time every week (dependable), clean the box, (all materials I provided), left a note in the journal (professional) and even sanitized the cat's box once a month! Fantastic - 10 stars! I contacted Carey about services for my kitty after recently relocating to Steilacoom from St. Louis. She initially told me that she did not service the Steilacoom/Lakewood area and offered recommendations for where to hopefully find someone. tails R A Waggon My dog, Leia, and I both love Carey. She is so great with my dog and I enjoy getting home to read the progress report on what they did that day. I have total confidence in Carey and have actually called her on several occasions to ask questions when my dog wasn't acting quite right. Leia is always excited to see Carey and her family when ever they come over and is always exhausted when they leave. I searched for several weeks to find a dog walker that I felt comfortable with and when I met Carey and Nicole, I knew they were it. Tails R A Waggon, LLC is excellent. I was recently gone to a military school for close to 6 weeks. They did a wonderful job while I was gone. I was nervous leaving for such a long time, but realized I had nothing to worry about once I returned home. The journal entries were excellent to read after I got home. The sitter even made a few extra stops when the weather warmed up for a few days to make sure the apartment was staying cool and there was enough water. Excellent! I am so glad I came across Tails R A Waggon online. I contacted Carey sort of last minute and she did everything she could to accommodate me. She gave me updates while I was out of the country and even sent me a picture of my kitty, so I was able to relax knowing he was being taken care of. When I came back, not only was my cat doing great, but the house did not look like it had been abandoned for a couple of weeks, which was really nice after a long trip.
