Bad experience My dog is small and gets a very simple haircut (short all over). When I called to make an appointment, I was told that there was a price range and it would depend on the type of haircut and the size of my dog. Well, my dog is tiny for her breed, plus her hair was already pretty short. I still paid the highest price in the range. I told them that I was surprised since on the phone I was given a range, and since my dog is small and simple to groom, I figured I would be paying a little less than that. I was told ... read more
My dog was in on 5/20/09 and LOVES it there!! Love this place. Love their friendliness. Love their workers! Love everything about it. But MOST of all my 95lb "baby" loves it there. :O) Thanks, had to let the world know!! GREAT PRICES, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT WORKERS!!
The best! My dog is like one of my children (a yellow lab), so I wanted to make sure he was nothing short of completely comfortable. I had taken him to PetSmart to be groomed before and the staff's unfriendly attitude left a bad taste in my mouth when I left him. He came home depressed and mopey afterwards, so I knew I had to find somewhere else to take him. Tails a-Waggin is right by my house and I decided to give it a try. What great service! I have been a long time customer of Claudia's, and I have never been disappointed with the services I have received! I feel very comfortable leaving my dog in such capable hands. I have a two year old poodle mix that I rescued who is very timid. Everyone has been very good with him, and now he loves going to see all the ladies at the shop! (Not to mention he always comes out looking like a brand new dog!) I wouldn't trust anyone else with him...besides, I love the job the girls do so much, that I drive ov... read more
Good For My Dog! My dog hates to be groomed, but doesn't seem to mind Tails-A-Waggin. They do a superb job on him each time, and it's just nice to be able to drop the dog off and not have to worry about him for the whole day. Their prices are great and it's a very convenient location for me. I've been going there for years, and will continue to patronize this excellent business. PROS: Excellent Staff! CONS:

Outstanding Our two lhasa apsos love going to Claudia's. The staff there truly cares about pets. Our little ones have sensitive skin and Claudia recommended an appropriate shampoo which greatly helped. Our dogs are very happy when they come home after a day at TaW and they always look absolutely gorgeous.
