We had concerns about my mother's care in assisted living and decided it was best to have her home with us. My mother is a fall risk and requires 24 hour observation when she is up and about. We really loved this company and the care they provided to my dad in the last few months of his life, specifically his chore worker Jim. While his professional duties were always completed efficiently and to a high standard, what truly set him apart was the genuine friendship and companionship he offered my dad, for which my family and I are incredibly grateful. I’d give Tailored Senior Services 6 stars if I could. Both Melissa and Laura gave an impressive presentation to our family about TSS. They discussed all options, contingency plans, and made suggestions to make the house safer for my mother who is recovering from a hip replacement. My parents’ home health worker, Pamela, is a force of nature. Their home is now spotless. Pamela has helped my mother in all aspects of her recovery. We are very happy with Tailored Senior Services.
