Overall would not recommend taking your dress here. They did a good job on the alterations that were done but I feel I trusted them too much along the way as far as the end result of my dress. For the price and the experience that it seems like you will be getting by taking your dress here, I don't feel my experience lived up to that. I really enjoyed my experience working with this company. I worked with Mary and Elle who had a ton of knowledge and experience. They made me feel comfortable through the whole process and explained each step in terms that were understandable to someone with little knowledge in this field. The pick up appointment went smoothly and I was given clear instructions on how to properly handle and care for my dress. I can’t express enough gratitude to the ladies there for helping me feel best in my dress for the big day!

I was recommended this shop by brides for cause and thought i would give it a shot. i was thinking it would be on the affordable side because they recommended or atleast not super expensive. My dress was a few sizes too small so i was expecting to spend a little bit more. My first appointment was a consultation that was maybe 15 minutes or less. No measurements were taken.
