Office staff treats you like you’re a small child. They won’t do anything helpful when you’ve got a problem. One person in particular acts like you’re an inconvenience when you come in to talk about anything. Questions are met with a dismissive attitude and when you ask for follow up information they just repeat what you’ve said. I haven’t had anything good come from interactions with them. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - It is made to ruin students, they do everything to make you pay always more. I spent 4 months in this place, the only person who deserve respect is the reception guy/girl. A team of shyster who don't care about your personnal situation. We were 4 french students and regret it. Would have better build a coffee instead of this insane place.
I won't live here anymore. The service here is sucks! Although it's a good location, the poor apartment management, and some unfriendly staffs waste it. They treat the current residents very bad. When you have problems, the support person was dismissive of the issues, and offered no help, no explain even blamed them on you. I can't describe what's a bad attitude when you have problems. Great space to live in. I love the spacious rooming and the rent is soooo affordable! My roommates are great as well thanks to the matching.
Current resident and have lived here more than one year. Tailor Lofts has to change its team....lazy and lazy and lazy rude and rude and rude...will move out after my current lease.
