Nice place to pamper pets I have been taking my dogs to tail waggers for almost a year now. The service is great, the staff professional and nice and the prices reasonable. They often distribute coupons with the mail that makes it even more affordable. Great for brushing and tooth cleaning

Very Clean, Very Professional For the past 25 years, I have been a professional dog groomer. I finally decided that it was time to move on and pursue other interests. Since I am a pet owner, I brought my dog to TailWaggers in Naperville. The shop was very clean, the staff very professional and the grooming was excellent. Great Grooming I take all my dogs here for grooming and have always been VERY pleased with the results. A lady named Patricia grooms them (I ask for her specifically, as she seems to do a better job). The facility is always clean and neat, the grooming itself is always great, and the prices are fair for the area.

Very Poor Management I had been bringing my dog to Tail Waggers for about a year, when they apparently changed owners. I went in early this month with a coupon from the newspaper for a free toothbrushing and $3 off. I told the receptionist in the morning that I had the coupon, so she ordered the toothbrushing. When picking up my dog, I forgot the coupon at home and asked if I could bring it in tomorrow morning, or mail it, or anything. The receptionist asked her manager, who told me NO - that I now had to pay for the $10 too... read more

Nothing but really good experiences We took our puppy to two other area groomers first. We now have been a repeat customer for about 15 months. Tail Waggers did a far better job and were more affectionate and gentle with our smaller dog than the others. The hair cutting is as good as the groomer who we went to first who charges twice as much. Of course, the dog doesn't receive a "spritzing" of $90/bottle doggy perfume and the scarf isn't imported silk....Very good treatment, quality grooming and a fair price.

God help you if you have a complaint.... Took my Australian Sheperd to Tailwaggers last week because our normal groomer was busy. Asked for 1 inch off. My wide went to pick up our Aussie AND SHE WAS CUT DOWN TO 1 INCH! My wife was so stunned she didn't say anything at the time. You DON'T shave Aussies. I called the Owner, she admitted that we told only 1 inch off, but said that since my wife didn't complain when she picked up the dog, "she wasn't going to get in the middle of my marital dispute". last minute i had to get my dog groomed last min they were very accommodating and pleasant my dog looks very good and i appreciate the groomer actually coming out to tell me how my dog behaved it made all the difference. Prices very good considering the competition around. Will be back

Not very nice to dogs here I would not recommend bringing your dog here unless you want your pet to be mistreated or even abused. I brought my dog here three times and each time I personally witnessed employees handling dogs very rough, and talking poorly to them (calling them "stupid") etc.
