Getting an appointment is like mission impossible. Doctor asked me to visit in person to discuss the reports but I can't because of their poor system.
Institutional racism, sexism and classism are the ideologies that the staff and owner treat the members of the community who need care. My experience has been terrible as a black woman. Government funded to pay salaries and benefits for their staff but the community they serve is treated like second class citizens basically as long as they feel important and financially better than everything is fine.
