Nick Chau is the best property manager I've met after living in more than a dozen apartments. He's responsive, thorough, and friendly. When my oven fritzed, he came over the next morning to inspect it and sent a repairman later the same day. After I moved out, he sent my security deposit refund almost immediately. He's always given plenty of notice if he needed to send someone for maintenance or show the apartment to a prospective tenant, and he's respectful of any schedule constraints.
