HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Andy at the front desk ask for payment up front before services and demanded 50% tip before I even got my services. She started yelling frantically to leave because I would not leave a ridiculous 50% tip for services I didn’t even get. Reported this business to the BBB. No massage is worth experiencing intimidation
