All the staff here are great. Appointments are easy to make and everyone has a great bedside manner.
Dr gave me good explanation of my injury and the info I needed to make the right decision for a successful outcome. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful
I saw Dr Ergin about 2 months ago for a injured shoulder, and the office visit was pleasant as could be expected. I didn't have a long wait time and was taken to a room for history and vitals. The Dr came in shortly thereafter and took a exray, then proceeded to give me a series of steroid shots. Both staff and Dr. are very thorough and pleasant , Dr Ergin and staff make sure you know what was done, and for what reason,and what to do before next visit if needed. All in all very professional.
The doctor is quick, impersonal and seemingly busy with bigger and better things than myself as a patient. When I had gotten to my appointment 10 minutes early I thought I may be received maybe a minute or two earlier than the appointment time but try kept me waiting 10 minutes past in the waiting room, and to top it off folks that had gotten there after me had gotten into the exam rooms sooner than I had. I understand doctors are busy, but to be neglected does not make me want to do business.
