Great place, friendly instructors.
RecommendedI now teach & work here. One of its strengths is the variety of yoga classes from Yin to Flow to Restorative to Therapeutics. I think I have taken classes at every yoga studio in Truckee. They are all great, we have an embarrassment of amazing yoga practitioners/instructors in this town. This studio resonates with me.
I’ve been attending classes, workshops and having massages at Tahoe Yoga and Wellness for over 12 years. So many quality teachers in a space that feels good. ❤️

Absolutely love the mommy and me/prenatal class on Thursdays with Jacquiline! She does an amazing job supporting moms to be with modifications and is so good with the infants and toddlers that take over the room. A very much needed atmosphere and thoughtful addition to the community.
