Our shops West Coast Tattoo Parlors used these guys for years. When I took over, immediately noticed they bring way to much water. Bottles sitting everywhere. All the time. So I cut it in half on delivery's. Still way to much. Bottles were still everywhere. The monthly cost didn't make sense. So I canceled. They became incredibly rude. They came to one shop instead of both shops. They took everything. Even the 4 full bottles I PAID for in full. Refused to let us finish it or even make the offer that we could. Tahoe springs is the worst water service available water is not what they say it is any more.i use to get Regular water then changed to the alkaline water $9 a bottle was the same as the regular water no difference and they been charging me $18 dllrs every 2 weeks even if i dont get any water ..called the place to figure out the problem about the quality of water that i was paying for and about the over charging , and got screamed at and told that i was the one steeling from them and using inappropriate words ..i had the ser... read more

Tahoe Springs refuses to close my account after a disagreement in charges. They have left letters stating they will report me to the police if I do not pay and return equipment. They have left these letters on my door for neighbors to see. The letters say I have stolen their property. Others letters state I will have my account reported to the Credit Bureaucracy. They have charged me every 2 weeks although I have not received services nor had "delivery attempts" at my home for a year (+/-) . The driver would text me begging ... read more

Tahoe Springs is the Worst Water in the Valley, Right next to Tap Water. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. The people are rude. They are over-priced and their delivery people are rude, angry and disrespefuct. This Water company is the Worst in the Valley! If you want to be insulted, yelled at, sold sub-grade tap water at Mountain Water prices, THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU. Tahoe Springs is the Worst in Las Vegas.
