Dr. Rupp has ruined me due to his negligent shoulder and knee surgeries performed on me. He sold me a knee surgery I did not need. He left me disabled. I was an active and healthy individual until he performed negligent shoulder and knee surgeries on me. Additionally, he mismedicated me, sending me to the ER. Dr. Kyle Swanson is an excellent orthopedist. My husband I have seen him several times. Never had a problem making an appointment. Now, I cannot even get an appointment to have a fractured radial head looked at, at the request of the doctor at Urgent Care in Minden. The woman I spoke with, Dottie, was condescending, denigrating and so uncaring. Even though I'm in great pain, I rather take my chances it will heal correctly than deal with Dottie again.
Dr. Keith Swanson in my opinion is a great doctor. He takes the time to listen to you and not cut you short. When I had my knee surgery in Sept 2015 he and his staff were very profesional and compassionate and he took the time and talked to me about the procedure. I would recommend him to anyone I know in need of a great orthopedic surgeon.
