Very friendly customer service
Great customer service! Always has what we need.
Absolute incompetence. I go in looking for 40 grit sandpaper, which they have a price label for, but it isn't in stock. So I ask the man at the counter when they might have more. He makes sure it's 40 grit that I need, says he's placing an order and that it would absolutely be here Monday. So Monday I go in looking for it. Still not on the rack and now a different man at the counter says nowhere in their system do they sell sandpaper any less than 60 grit. Absolute buffoonery going on here.. They're already the highest price... read more
